Personal Information We Collect
One Podium collects information about you when consent is provided through one of the following means: (a) You submit your information to us via an online form, to contact us or access select content on our Sites; or (b)A partner provides your contact information to us for an explicit purpose (i.e., a referral to attend our event, etc.). The information collected usually involves your name, email address, job title and organization name. State/province/zip code and other organizational details may be asked in select situations.
Use of Your Information
Personal information provided to create accounts are used for a number of reasons which may include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) To properly target and personalize content to your preferences; (b)To send you email updates about new events; (c) To send you survey invitations; and/or (d) To perform Internal research and development efforts.
Use of Your Credit Card
You may have to provide a credit card to buy products and/or services from our Sites. We use third-party billing services and have no control over these services. We use commercially reasonable efforts to make sure your credit card number is kept strictly confidential by using only third-party billing services that use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your credit card number from unauthorized use. However, you understand and agree that One Podium is in no way responsible for any misuse of your credit card number. Our Sites do not save your payment details.

When you place an order through one of our Sites, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
